Dr. Irene Aniyom, The Director-General of the company, informed the News Agency of Nigeria at the carnival village in Calabar on Sunday that the decision to buy the condoms, is to enhance the understanding on HIV and to also reduce the occurrence of the virus.

Aniyom urged young people from second handing the event as opportunity for sex, alerting that “also if they need to indulge such act, they must make certain that they make use of condom”.
